Training Levels

Whether you're a first-time runner or an experienced athlete, Hollis Training Systems has 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon training plans available for download based on  your skill level.

Beginner

If this is your first time attempting a new race distance, these plans are designed to be easy and attainable. 

Intermediate

If you're a regular runner but you're looking for the next step in your fitness level, these training plans will build on your existing base to reach new speeds and distances.

Advanced

You're an experienced runner ready to push yourself to unlock new levels. Get faster, run further, and reach a new tier of athletic ability.
